About Halston House

Halston House was established as a condominium and incorporated under the laws of the State of New York on April 10, 1980. The buildings were constructed in 1969 and are situated on 10 acres of land located in Glenville, the town of Greenburgh. Halston House consists of four six story buildings that contain 221 units, 172 of which are one bedroom units and 49 which are two bedroom units.

Governance is maintained by a Board that consists of nine unit owners. Board members are unpaid volunteers, some of whom assume a great deal of responsibility and all of whom make a sincere effort to do what is best for the long-term well being of the our community.
