Halston House was built in 1969 as apartments, later in 1980 

it was established under the laws of the State of New York 

as a condominium. 

Halston House was built on 10 acres of land and consists of 

4 six-story buildings that contain 222 units, 

78 percent of which are one bedroom units and 

22 percent have two bedrooms.
